The Client Services Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Communications & Client Services of XP Synergy Companies, and will support our Creative Team, Directors, and Team Leader as we enhance and expand our creative innovations and marketing solution services for our internal and external clients. Our services include (but are not limited to) audio & video production, graphic design, website creation and management, content development, and creation of communication resources. We believe in teamwork, respect, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while delivering the highest-quality products in a timely manner. You would work independently and collaboratively with our team to develop and execute results that meet and exceed expectations while being sensitive to our client’s vision, mission, brand, and strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of our Director of Communications & Client Services
  • Work both independently and with other members of our Creative Team of professionals
  • Assist in the creation of digital, video, audio, and print content
  • Prepare and manage communications materials and strategies
  • Develop and maintain brand integrity across multiple platforms
  • Help manage presence at virtual or in-person industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Help manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders
  • Help manage budget for Creative Team and ensure compliance
  • Must be available, when needed, to travel to our company office locations and/or client sites in Texas, Louisiana, and Nevada (company paid)

The Communications Coordinator will begin as a part-time employee working 30 paid hours per week. Normal work hours will fall within the 8:30 am – 5:30 pm timeframe Monday thru Friday. However, some projects may require time adjustments within your daily schedule.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, MBA, or a related discipline
  • 5-plus years of communications, marketing, or public relations or related experience
  • Experience developing and managing digital content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Established media relations is a plusExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communication techniques
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus (Photoshop, Premiere,…)
